Pravah and Commutiny the Youth Collective (CYC) invite you to apply to participate in two youth leadership support programmes.

Change Looms & Learning and Leadership Journeys (LLJ) are leadership and organisational development programmes that support, encourage and recognise young change leaders and their teams who have started and are running independent projects or organisations working towards social change. These programmes offer opportunities for intensive personal and organizational development.

The two programmes support young change leaders through:
-    Collective and individual opportunities of learning: In areas such as self awareness for transformation, working in groups, design, analysis and development of social change projects, stakeholder engagement, resource management and perspective building on social issues
-    Mentorship linkages: to facilitate and support self and organisational development
-    Financial assistance: for programme activities, organisational development, learning and skill building.

These programmes together have supported more than 40 youth-led organisations and 65 individual change leaders in the last five years.  Currently, we are looking for young change leaders whose initiatives engage with other young people in meaningful ways - working to empower and build the leadership of young people on aspects such as employability, self-development, education and other social issues.
