Profile requirements for Consultant for Impact Assessment of Pravah’s work with young people:
• Relevant experience in conducting evaluations dealing with behavioral change
• Experience in using both quantitative and qualitative tools for evaluating program impact
• Strong analytical skills

• Ability and capacities to design and implement a longitudinal, large-scale impact assessment in different locations

As the Coordinator of Accounts and Finance you will
• Head the Accounts and Finance function at Pravah
• Provide regular updates to the leadership team and the Board of Pravah
• Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes
• Prepare accurate and timely Financial Information Statements (FIS) – as per the needs of the organisation and each of the funders
• Ensure 100%, zero error statutory and legal compliances such as timely completion of statutory audit, FCRA, TDS, Societies Act etc.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and funder audits
• Follow up and implement recommendations made by auditors (statutory/ internal/funders)
• Ensure optimal expenditure and utilization across various income sources
• Support programme heads and CEO to develop programme and organizational budgets and monitor utilization
• Prepare Board Resolutions relevant for Accounts and Finance
• Prepare cash flows and advise on investments of idle funds
We are looking for a person, who
• Is a postgraduate with 6-8 years of experience in handling NGO accounts
• Has sound accounting knowledge and a passion for finance

As the Co Director - Fundraising, you will
• Co-create the fundraising strategy for Pravah with a view to building long term financial stability, in partnership with programme heads and the CEO
• Identify new funders and build long term strategic partnerships with them
• Strengthen relationships with existing funders and ensure their grant conditionalities are met including putting together narrative and financial reports and other relevant documentation
• Develop proposals and budgets for new funders as well as for renewal of grants from existing funders independently as well as in partnership with programme teams
• Develop and implement effective fundraising processes
• Support programme teams to build and operationalise strategies for their financial sustainability through income generating programmes
• Prepare work-plans for smooth functioning of the function and report on progress periodically.
• Participate effectively in organizational processes including trainings, review and planning exercises, monthly meetings and retreats

• Is a postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in NGOs and a proven track record in fundraising

Partner Cell is an initiative to enhance the collective work of Pravah and similar organizations towards advocating for youth development and leadership for social change. Our areas of support to partner organizations (youth-led or otherwise) include organisational development (in areas such as human resource, financial systems, strategic planning, culture building etc), program development (conceptualization, design and implementation of youth programs) and people development.
As the Senior Coordinator of the Partner Cell you will :
• Identify potential partner organizations, understand their work and develop long term strategic partnerships
• Work with partner organizations to design and implement youth interventions that address the needs of young people and promote youth leadership
• Design and facilitate interventions to build organizational capacities of partner organizations
• Facilitate joint reviews of the interventions
• Create a platform for partners to learn, share and build knowledge on youth issues
• Supervise and inspire team members
• Raise funds, manage budgets and monitor utilization
• Participate in organizational processes, such as trainings, planning and reviews

As the Associate Coordinator- Communication, you will :
• Write (in English and Hindi) content for Pravah's publications and websites.
• Analyze, document and write reports and articles on relevant issues for Pravah’s publications and websites.
• Support your team leader to build awareness about Pravah and its programmes we are offering to the relevant target groups using diverse media – e.g.,websites, blogs, newsletters, press, publications, etc.
• Arrange logistics and lend support in designing, organizing and executing various communication-related processes within programmes, and events.
• Create and maintain appropriate databases.
• Build and maintain an archive of Pravah’s communication materials.
• Work closely with the Programme Coordinator to set up and execute administrative systems relevant to the Communications function.
• Recruit, train and supervise voluntary workers if needed, maximising their contribution to the communication function through effective management of their time and resources.
We are looking for a person with
• A post graduate degree/diploma (preferably in Mass Communication, Development Communication, Literature or Journalism) with 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a challenging environment.
• The Skills and interest in finding fun in everything s/he does.
• Ability to multi-task – take up and efficiently execute different types of tasks simultaneously.
• A flair for writing and designing/coordinating aesthetic design of publications.

We are looking for a person with
• A postgraduate degree in any discipline. A graduate with exciting work experiences that can be brought into this space of working with youth like volunteering, theatre, music, puppetry etc may also apply.
• Very good interpersonal skills, passion to work with young people and the ability to work under pressure
