Given the demand and success of the last two batches of ‘Ocean in a Drop’ learning voyage (in January and July 2011), we are seeking nominations for the next iteration, scheduled from 19th– 24th November, 2011.

The OID learning voyage is a consolidation of Pravah’s learnings on youth development and active citizenship for the past 18 years with individuals and organizations. It seeks to build capacities of facilitators, educators, HR / training professionals and individuals working with youth. It is structured such that 70% of the voyage will be at the voyager’s place of work and 30% will be in learning retreats in workshop settings.

The voyage traverses four core terrains:
a)     Youth Development b) Instructional Design and Facilitation c) Systems Thinking d) Deep Self Awareness

It is structured such that it can cater to multiple audience needs, wherein people can register for a chosen thematics (1 - 2 days - Rs 3-4k ) or the full voyage plan (9 months – Rs 25K) or the Phase I alone plan  (4 months – Rs 13K)  or only the foundation retreats ( 6 days – 10K).
